Shipping and Refund Policies
WHAT IS OUR SHIPPING POLICY?
- Orders placed after 11AM PST will be processed the following business day.
- Orders placed after 11AM PST on Fridays, will be processed the following Monday.
- Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding scheduled fulfillment center closures.
- We do not process, ship or deliver orders on Saturdays or Sundays.
- You will receive an email notification, with tracking information once your order ships.
- We are currently only fulfilling orders within the U.S.
WHAT IS OUR REFUND POLICY?
Due to the speed of processing we are unable to cancel or amend an order once submitted.
email@example.com with your order details for your return request. Product(s) must be in its original delivered condition. If you send a return without authorization, we will not know of the return and no action will be processed automatically. Approved returns will receive a full refund less the cost of shipping. You are responsible for the shipping cost to return.
