If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we'll make it right.

All products purchased from troscriptions.com are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of the delivery date. This includes both one-time purchases and subscription orders. If you tried it and it's not for you, we've got you covered.

If your product arrived damaged, please reach out to our Customer Experience team before submitting your return request. All damaged items will be fully refunded.

To initiate a return, please fill out our Return Request form here. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be processed. Once your return is received and approved, you will receive a prepaid return label. Refunds will be issued within two weeks of receipt of the return to our warehouse. Refunds will be processed for all products received, minus the original shipping fees.

Please note: the 30-Day Guarantee applies to your product purchase. If you have an active subscription, your guarantee refund does not automatically cancel future orders. To manage or cancel your subscription, please visit your account portal or contact our Customer Experience team.
