Scope

This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) applies to the website at www.troscriptions.com (the “Site”) and to the other services and points of collection (collectively, the “Services”) upon which it is posted or noticed that are owned and operated by Troscriptions LLC (“COMPANY” “we” or “us”).  This policy may apply to both online and offline collection, storage, processing, and transfer of Personal Information.  This Policy does not apply to other websites, mobile applications, or services where it is not posted or that are run by third parties.  You should reference any third parties’ privacy policies for information on how they may collect and use your data.

Definitions

“Business Associates” means third-party, service providers which we may contract with to provide services on our behalf.

We do not sell Personal Information for monetary consideration to third parties or share Personal Information with third parties for purposes of Online Behavioral Advertising or Profiling.  However, we may share certain Information you voluntarily provide to us with our Business Associates for legitimate business purposes such as delivering requested products or services to you.  For example, we may share Information with Business Associates that provide support services to us (such as web hosting providers, payment processors, etc.). These companies may need information about you in order to perform their functions, and we limit Information shared with such providers to what is necessary to fulfill the above purposes.

Your Financial Information will be used to provide requested products and services, to analyze operational and business results, to analyze risk, and for concluding your registration or other transactions you have initiated with us.   • Right to delete – You may request that we delete the Personal Information we have collected from you, under certain conditions.  In some circumstances, we note that this may prevent us from providing certain products or services to you. 
  • Right to opt-out – You may choose to opt-out of the processing of your Personal Information for certain purposes and under certain conditions, such as the sale or sharing of your Personal Information or use of your Personal Information for Behavioral Advertising or Profiling. 
  • Right to data portability – You may request that we transfer the Personal Information that we have collected from you to another organization or to you, under certain conditions.
  • Non-Discrimination – We will not discriminate against you because you exercise your rights. For example, we will not deny you goods or services or charge you a different price or rate for goods or services if you make an access, correction, or deletion request.

Our Services are not marketed to or intended for anyone under age 21.  We do not collect, sell, or share the Personal Information of users if we have actual knowledge that the user is less than 16 years of age.

We will take commercially reasonable measures to secure and store your Information to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of the Information under our control. We utilize industry-standard security measures when accepting your credit card Information during the online ordering process, as well as whenever we ask you to log in to our Site.

Our Services are intended for users located in the United States. If you are accessing our Site or other Services from outside United States of America, please be aware that your Information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States where the servers we use are located at our sole discretion.  Please be aware that the data protection and other laws of the United States may not be as comprehensive as those in your country/region.  We will take steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your Information is treated securely and in accordance with this Policy.
