Shipping policy

Shipping & Delivery

Orders placed after 11am PST will be processed the following business day.
Orders placed after 11am PST on Fridays, will be processed the following Monday.
Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding scheduled fulfillment center closures.
We do not process, ship or deliver orders on Saturdays or Sundays.
You will receive an email notification, with tracking information once your order ships.
We are currently only fulfilling orders within the U.S.
We do not ship Tro Zzz to Louisiana.
