Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders placed after 11am PST will be processed the following business day.
  • Orders placed after 11am PST on Fridays, will be processed the following Monday.
  • Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding scheduled fulfillment center closures.
  • We do not process, ship or deliver orders on Saturdays or Sundays.
  • You will receive an email notification, with tracking information once your order ships.
  • We are currently only fulfilling orders within the U.S.
  • We do not ship Tro Zzz to Louisiana.
