In this session, Dr. Scott introduces the Sympathetic Spiral of Doom—a model describing how the body becomes trapped in chronic survival mode. The spiral can begin top-down, through psychological stress or trauma, or bottom-up, through mitochondrial injury, infection, toxins, or redox imbalance. Regardless of entry point, the same loop emerges: the autonomic nervous system, mitochondria, and immune signaling amplify one another’s perception of danger.

Cordycepin is an adenosine analog with massive metabolic leverage.

In this month’s practitioner lecture, Dr. Scott reviews cordycepin’s role in immune modulation, inflammatory signaling, mitochondrial resilience, and sleep architecture. We’ll explore AMPK activation, cytokine regulation (including IL-6), macrophage and NK-cell signaling, and emerging data around antiviral and anti-proliferative pathways.

A key theme: adenosine biology. The same pathway that drives immune recalibration also supports deep, restorative slow-wave sleep. Blocking adenosine all day has consequences. Strategic modulation has potential.

We’ll finish with practical frameworks for acute immune stress, chronic inflammation, and nighttime dosing strategies.

By the end of this webinar, participants will be able to:

Describe cordycepin’s role as an adenosine analog in cellular metabolism
Explain its effects on immune and inflammatory signaling pathways
Discuss the connection between adenosine biology and deep sleep
Develop practical dosing considerations for immune and recovery support

High performers aren’t burning out because they’re doing too little—they’re burning out because their biology hasn’t caught up to their ambition.
In this live masterclass, Rachel Scheer and Dr. Scott Sherr break down the physiologic patterns driving fatigue, brain fog, and inconsistent performance in your most driven clients. You’ll learn how chronic stress, nervous system dysregulation, and unresolved root causes create a “survival mode” state that no amount of optimization can override.

Killing Ourselves by Forgetting the Breaks | GABAergic Signaling, Threat Physiology, and the ObliPair™ Approach at Troscriptions

Our patients are not burned out because we’re weak. They’re burned out because they need new brakes.

Chronic sympathetic overactivation drives anxiety, insomnia, gut dysfunction, immune imbalance, and recovery failure. At the center of the braking system is GABA.
In this session, Dr. Scott breaks down GABA synthesis, receptor subtypes (GABA-A and GABA-B), and why simply “taking GABA” often misses the mark. We’ll explore orthosteric ligands vs. positive allosteric modulators and introduce the ObliPair™ strategy—restoring inhibitory tone without the tolerance, withdrawal, or sleep disruption seen with many sedative medications.

We’ll also discuss clinical and metabolomic clues to functional GABA insufficiency and practical correction strategies.

Learning Objectives:
By the end of this webinar, participants will be able to:
Explain GABA’s role in regulating sympathetic physiology
Differentiate orthosteric ligands from positive allosteric modulators
Recognize clinical patterns suggestive of functional GABA insufficiency
Apply structured, physiology-based strategies to restore inhibitory balance

Before the ingestible troches, the protocols, and the buzzwords—there was metabolomics. In this HCP-only webinar, Dr. Scott Sherr walks through the origin story of Health Optimization Medicine and Practice (HOMeHOPe): why optimizing health required an entirely new framework, how clinical metabolomics became its foundation, and what really drives resilience, energy, and long-term performance at the cellular level.

We’ll explore how health optimization medicine shifts medicine from chasing disease to understanding systems, mitochondria, and real-time biochemistry—with practical clinical context you can actually use. The session wraps with the science of methylene blue: where it fits into the HOMe paradigm and why it earned its own deeper dive in March.

Learning Objectives:
By the end of this webinar, participants will be able to:

Explain the core philosophy of Health Optimization Medicine and why it differs from conventional and integrative models
Understand how clinical metabolomics acts as a real-time window into health, not disease
Describe the central role of mitochondrial function in energy, resilience, and recovery
Identify where methylene blue fits into the HOMe framework—and why it deserves a full-length clinical discussion
