Shipping & delivery
- All of our orders are received and shipped out of our warehouse within 24 hours. Shipping usually takes about 3-7 business days for domestic orders to be delivered from the time it leaves our facility.
- Orders placed after 8 AM PST will be processed the following business day.
- Orders placed after 8 AM PST on Fridays, will be processed the following Monday.
- Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding scheduled fulfillment center closures.
- We do not process, ship or deliver orders on Saturdays or Sundays.
- You will receive an email notification, with tracking information once your order ships.
- We are currently only fulfilling orders within the U.S.
Returns
Troscriptions stands behind the quality of its products with our Dissolve the Doubt™ 30-Day Guarantee.
Products purchased directly from Troscriptions.com are eligible for a refund within 30 days of the delivery date, including both one-time purchases and subscription orders, subject to the terms and conditions of our Returns & Refunds Policy.
To initiate a return, customers must follow the return authorization process described in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Refunds will be processed for eligible returned products received by our warehouse, less any original shipping fees, unless otherwise required by law.
Please note that a refund issued under the Dissolve the Doubt™ 30-Day Guarantee does not automatically cancel an active subscription. Customers are responsible for managing or canceling future subscription orders through their account portal or by contacting Customer Experience.

International Orders – Final Sale & FOB Terms
International orders are defined as those being shipped to a non-USA location from our USA warehouse.
All international orders placed through Troscriptions LLC are considered final sale. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be accepted once an order has been placed and processed.
Title and risk of loss for all international shipments transfer to the purchaser FOB (Free On Board) at our U.S. warehouse. This means that ownership of the goods passes to you, the buyer, once the product departs our facility, regardless of the delivery status or location.
By purchasing our products for international delivery, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Importer Responsibility: You are solely responsible for ensuring that the products ordered are lawful and permissible for import into your country. Troscriptions LLC makes no representations regarding the legality of any product in jurisdictions outside of the United States.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes: You are responsible for paying all applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes, and any other charges imposed by your local customs authority. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost charged by Troscriptions LLC.
Customs Delays or Seizures: Troscriptions LLC is not liable for any delays, seizures, refusals, or destruction of the shipment by customs or other governmental authorities. If your package is held or rejected by customs for any reason, you assume full responsibility, and no refund will be issued.
Compliance with Local Laws: You assume full responsibility for compliance with all laws and regulations of the destination country. It is your duty to confirm that your purchase and intended use of the product conform to local rules before ordering.

Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We stand behind the quality of our products and will make it right — all orders that arrive in a damaged condition are eligible for a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.
