Why Troscriptions?

Why Troscriptions?

Dr. Ted Achacoso – in collaboration with an all-star team of physicians, practitioners, and professionals – has designed the perfect Troscription (Tx) for you. And his “why” is simple yet powerful: To raise the vibratory frequency of the planet through health.

Dr. Ted is not your average physician. He’s actually 16 standards above the average (we are talking IQ, folks). To get a sense of his brilliance, wit, breadth of knowledge, and Dzogchen mastery, check out his podcasts with Ben Greenfield, Luke Storey (this one and this one), Dave AspreyJosh Holland, among many others.

Health Optimization Medicine and Practice

Dr. Ted is the founding pioneer of Health Optimization Medicine and Practice (HOMe/HOPe) and maintains a tricontinental (D.C., Manila, Paris) practice, working with an elite clientele of actors, actresses, senators, congressmen, presidents, musicians, and many more. If he told you some of their names, he’d have to kill you. :)

His practice continues to flourish and his framework now has a global presence through the HOMe/HOPe Basic Certification Course (released in 2021) that will teach his framework to both physicians and healthcare practitioners. In the US, HOMe/HOPe is a 501©3 nonprofit organization. Internationally, there are currently HOMe/HOPe hubs with practitioner leads in the Philippines, Australia, and Europe.

HOMe/HOPe takes care of the basic cell (nucleus, cytoplasm, mitochondria) and shifts the focus from disease to health using an approach that addresses subtle toxicities and deficiencies at the metabolomic level. For more information, see the Introductory Module of the HOMe/HOPe Basic Certification Course (it’s free!).

Dr. Ted was well-aware that along the path to Health Optimization, there were inevitably going to be symptomatic bottlenecks. To address these, he leveraged his training in clinical pharmacology and toxicology to develop Troscriptions (Tx), a line of buccal troches that improve the tone of the endocannabinoid system and address Clinical Endocannabinoid Deficiency Syndrome (CES).

What is Clinical Endocannabinoid Deficiency Syndrome?

From a journal article published in 2016, “All humans possess an underlying endocannabinoid tone that reflects the levels of anandamide (AEA) and 2-arachidonoylglycerol (2-AG), the centrally acting endocannabinoids, their synthesis, catabolism, and the relative density of cannabinoid receptors in the brain.” CES is the development of poor endocannabinoid tone. It is associated with a decreased pain threshold and suboptimal digestion, mood, and sleep along with a host of specific conditions. More on this in upcoming blog posts!

Blue Cannatine First Released

In February 2020, Blue Cannatine was the first Tx released. It is a precision-dosed and pharmaceutical-grade nootropic made with nicotine, caffeine, hemp extract, and methylene blue. You’ll launch into limitless mode with this one!

Just Blue, a pure 16-mg methylene blue troche, was released in June 2020. This was developed at the request of the Smurfs and Smurfettes (as we affectionately call them) of Troscriptions due to methylene blue’s known cognitive benefits and their request for a pure product.

And more products are on their way soon!

It was through his development of HOMe/HOPe that Dr. Ted found his true calling as a clinician and the manifestation of his “why." Troscriptions was birthed to accelerate and support the vibe-raising work at HOMe/HOPe. By addressing symptomatic bottlenecks and having a little fun along the way, the easier the path to optimal health becomes!

Get to Know Dr. Ted Achacoso More

Dr. Ted Achacoso is the founding pioneer of the clinical practice of Health Optimization Medicine and Practice (HOMe/HOPe), which involves the detection and correction of imbalances at the metabolome level. He also specializes in Anti-Aging Medicine and Nutritional Medicine, Medical Informatics, and -- in a former life -- Interventional Neuroradiology, Neurology, and Pharmacology/Toxicology (although pharmacology and toxicology still come in handy!).

His representative body of work includes a book containing the first ever neural circuitry database (“connectome”) for an organism, journal articles, US patents, software, grants, and recorded interviews, webcasts, and speaking engagements in the areas of:

  • Artificial ethology, computational neuroethology (terms he coined), biomathematical modeling of nervous systems, and computability of consciousness;
  • Medical informatics, medical decision-making, connectionist systems (neural networks, now called deep learning), and expert systems;
  • Computer-assisted imaging, edge detection algorithms, and telehealth;
  • Virtual group dynamics, communication, and collaboration methods (he created the first wireless groupware);
  • Parallel, cluster, cloud, and distributed emergent computing; and
  • Predictive complex adaptive system modeling of financial time series.

Dr. Ted is based in Washington, D.C., maintains a tricontinental HOMe practice (US, Europe, Asia), and performs HOMe lecturing, mentoring, and international corporate consulting activities involving nutritional supplement formulation and the establishment of metabolomics, mitochondria, and microbiota laboratories.

  • I am loving the TroMune right now! I have Hashimotos and TroMune has helped so much with my brain fog and fatigue. 3 days in and I woke up yesterday with a clear head and no aches and pains. I use this at night and the Blue Cannatine when I really need to get things done during the day. Thank you for developing these products!
