Who is Dr. Mark Cheng?
Dr. Mark Cheng is a lifelong student of healing, harming, and helping the human body through martial and medical sciences. Optimal human performance through movement is one of his fundamental yardsticks, and his goal is to give his clients a way to express their body's best, most athletic movement in a pain-free, sustainable fashion. He has experience as an international lecturer on Functional Movement Systems (FMS) Human Performance, Pain Management & Resolution, Russian Kettlebell (StrongFirst) training methods, and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) & Martial Arts.
