I have had issues staying asleep for months, I tried the Tro Zzz and man what a difference! Able to drift off to sleep and stay asleep!

Seems to be helping my sleep, using 1/4 of the square.

I'm 63, male, have been having trouble staying asleep for a while now. Started taking this Tro Zzz at bedtime, seems to help me get into sleep and I seem to be able to fall back asleep after I wake up at 2 or 3am, which I have been doing for years now, but now seem to get back to sleep and stay asleep to 6am. I also feel more rested.

Don't know what I'd do without them!

I've had an especially difficult menopause, and one of the worst symptoms has been the inability to get more than a few hours sleep per night. I dealt with this for over 8 years before finding a good doctor who provides HRT, and stumbling across Troscriptions. I don't need a dose every night, but I always keep one quarter of a troch on my nightstand. Whenever I wake up and can't get back to sleep, I pop one in my mouth and am shortly snoozing again.
