Troscriptions Practitioner Reseller Policy
Effective Date: November 25, 2025
This Troscriptions Practitioner Reseller Policy (“Policy”) applies to all authorized practitioner resellers (“Practitioner Resellers”) of Troscriptions products in the United States. By purchasing products from Troscriptions for dispensing to patients, you agree to adhere to the following terms. This Policy supplements your Practitioner Reseller Agreement.
1. Permissible Customers
Troscriptions is committed to ensuring its products are used correctly under professional guidance.
- Patients Only: Practitioner Resellers may sell, market, and dispense Troscriptions products solely to individual consumers for their personal use.
- No Resale: You may not sell or transfer products to any other entity, retailer, or distributor for the purpose of resale.
- Scope of Practice: You must maintain all necessary professional licenses and only dispense products within the scope of your professional practice and licensure.
2. Authorized Sales Channels
- Physical Practice Locations: Products must be sold solely through your physical practice location(s).

Online Sales Restrictions: Practitioner Resellers are strictly prohibited from selling Troscriptions products online without prior written consent. This includes:
- Your own websites or mobile applications.
- Third-party marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, Walmart.com, or similar platforms.
- Social media platforms.
- Exceptions: Online sales are only permitted if you have received explicit written authorization from Troscriptions.
3. Pricing Policy
- MSRP Compliance: Practitioner Resellers shall not sell products online below Troscriptions’ then-current Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (“MSRP”).
- Discount Limits: In-store discounts must not exceed 10% of the MSRP.
4. Sales Practices and Professional Standards
- Professional Knowledge: You agree to maintain sufficient medical knowledge to evaluate the appropriateness of the products for each patient and explain their benefits, risks, and proper usage.
- No Misleading Claims: You shall not make any misleading or untrue statements concerning Troscriptions or its products, including any “bait-and-switch” practices.
- Patient Records: You must maintain accurate records of sales and patient information in compliance with HIPAA and applicable privacy laws.
5. Product Quality and Care
To ensure patient safety and product efficacy:
- Inspection: You must inspect all shipments upon receipt and notify Troscriptions of any non-conforming goods within five (5) days.
- Compliance: You must comply with all applicable FDA regulations, healthcare laws, and specific product safety standards regarding storage and handling.
- Recalls: In the event of a recall, you agree to immediately cease distribution, cooperate fully with Troscriptions, and assist in notifying patients if directed.
6. Intellectual Property
- Limited License: Troscriptions grants you a revocable, non-exclusive license to use Troscriptions’ trademarks solely for marketing and selling the products in accordance with this Policy.

Prohibited Actions: You may not:
- Register any domain names or social media handles containing Troscriptions’ trademarks.
- Bid on Troscriptions’ trademarks or trade names as keywords for search engine marketing (e.g., Google Ads).
- Alter or obscure any trademark or copyright notices on the products.
7. Termination
Troscriptions reserves the right to terminate your status as a Practitioner Reseller immediately if you lose your professional license, fail to maintain required credentials, or violate any terms of this Policy. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all sales and use of Troscriptions’ intellectual property.
