1. Spicy sensation in the mouth. This is due to Honokiol. If/when it becomes spicy, swallow the rest of the troche with water.

2. Sedation 

a. Do not operate heavy machinery or drive a car when using Tro Zzz

b. Ensure at least a 6.5-hour sleep window when taking Tro Zzz

3. Dizziness

4. Incoordination

5. Memory or cognitive impairment 

6. Slurred speech

7. Increased salivation

8. GI symptoms (discomfort, nausea, vomiting, or constipation)

9. Mood changes (usually anxiolysis and mood lifting but paradoxical reactions may occur)

10. Decreased blood pressure 

11. Orthostatic hypotension

12. Psychedelic effects (if >4mg of muscimol is ingested. There is only 1mg of muscimol per troche and only 4 troches per pack for this reason).

Significant side effects are rare with Tro Zzz at the dosing we have carefully calibrated. However, it is essential to titrate Tro Zzz and be aware of any possible medication or supplement interactions

How to get started with Tro ZZZ

Start dose of 1/4 to 1/2 troche


Maximum daily dose: 2 troches per day


Adults > 21 years of age or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.


If troche is swallowed, the dose may need to increase for desired effect.

This design makes it effortless for users to split the troche and customize their dosage based on personal preference and response. The average launching dose for Just Blue is ½ troche. There are 4 troches in each pack, and up to 16 servings.

    Decide on your starting dose and, if needed, cut the troche accordingly.

  • Find the sweet spot

    Gently place the troche between your gums and upper cheek.

  • Patience is key

    Allow the troche to dissolve completely. If a mildly spicy sensation occurs (this is due to honokiol), swallow the rest with water.
