For Authorized Resellers and Practitioners: Please note that if you have a signed Practitioner Reseller Agreement or Authorized Distributor Agreement with Troscriptions, the terms of that signed agreement shall prevail in the event of any direct conflict with these general website Terms of Service.

SECTION 1 - ONLINE STORE TERMS

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

Resale Restrictions: Unless you have an express written agreement with Troscriptions, you are prohibited from purchasing products from this site for the purpose of resale on third-party marketplaces (including, but not limited to, Amazon, eBay, Walmart.com, or similar platforms). Violation of this term may result in immediate cancellation of your orders and termination of your account.

SECTION 2 - GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Practitioner-Only Products: Certain products may be designated as "Practitioner-Only." We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction, specifically reserving the right to restrict sales of Practitioner-Only products to users who have been verified as licensed healthcare professionals.

Returns: For authorized resellers, products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to a 15% restocking fee, provided they are unopened and in original packaging. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

SECTION 6 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors who do not have a valid Reseller Agreement with us.

SECTION 7 - OPTIONAL TOOLS

We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control or input. You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools ”as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement.

If you send creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, plans, or other materials, whether online, by email, by postal mail, or otherwise (collectively, 'comments'), you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate and otherwise use in any medium any comments that you forward to us.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE, REPRESENT OR WARRANT THAT YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE OR ERROR-FREE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL TROSCRIPTIONS LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF ANY OF THE SERVICE OR ANY PRODUCTS PROCURED USING THE SERVICE.
