I always learn something important when Dr. Dom speaks. I feel like I can trust what he says about keto more than a lot of others because of the high-level research he does as well as his own self-experimentation with verified lab testing. (He’s mighty easy on the eyes too 🤗) Above all else, he’s still humble and willing to admit when he finds out that he was mistaken about something – like his warning in this video about overdosing on exogenous ketones. I was just headed into that using recent purchases of ketone salts and ester so I really appreciate that warning!
I found your podcast while searching for a new podcast with Dr. Dom. Thanks for having him on!
