This will impact your sleep in a great way! My wearable tells me that my deep and rem are increasing and the only factor that is responsible for this increase. I’ve tracked my sleep over the last 5 years and it’s always been marginal during this period. The way it’s headed is up so I highly recommend this product.
Caveat: I also got a sleep mask, and moved to a quieter community around the same time I recieved my order. But I am not longer waking up multiple times a night. I am sleeping 7.5 - 8 hours each night. I have not felt this good in a long time. Thank you Tro Team!

I dont know if its the sleep mask I bought or the Troscription Zzzz. Probably a combo of the two, but I am having the beat sleep I hav e had in the last 5 years, and I would say my best sleep quality over those years has been abou 80%...until now.
What I like most about taking Tro Zzz is having sound, deep sleep. If I happen to wake during the night, I fall back asleep with no problems.
I have a wild work schedule. Sometimes I don't get to bed until 3am and sometimes I have to wake up at 3am. Tro ZZZ helps get me back into a routine sleep schedule after a week of work. It helps ease me into a sleepiness about 60 minutes after taking it. I wake up to pee at least once every night and usually takes me some time to fall back asleep. Tro ZZZ really helps to make me fall back to sleep as soon as my head hits the pillow after coming back to bed after a mid sleep pee.
Very balancing, I get good relief from just 1/4 troche. 1/2 is almost too strong.

I was rather nervous trying methylene blue. After listening to a podcast with Dr. Scott Sherr, I decided to order Just Blue (pure methylene blue troche). I believe I am quite metabolically healthy already as indicated by optimal health biomarkers and a high VO2 Max. Not expecting much from a 4 mg dose, I was surprised how much it actually helped my highest intensity efforts. I did not notice much difference at rest but when doing intervals close to maximum heart rate it was like it gave me superhero energy and I could just keep going and going.
One note of caution, if you are like me, do not combine a high amount of caffeine with a suddenly increased dose of methylene blue. One day I decided to take 16 mg of methylene blue while consuming a lot of caffeine. It caused some serious anxiety - I had to go for a run just to burn it off. Troscriptions was really amazing though. They replied back to my inquiry about my symptoms and were very helpful. Great customer service and great products.

I love this product. It has given me more energy and focus. And on the days I don't get sleep, and I used to be non-functional, I can now push through even though I'm still tired. I am also waking up earlier and wanting to get out of bed on a regular basis whereas it used to be torture or I just couldn't get up until late morning or noon. And this is at a very low dose-one little square. My only suggestions would be to make it more affordable so I could see if I would benefit from a higher dosage. (also, I'm trying the sleep and immune and calm formulas but some of those the starting dose is 1/2 to 1 troche so very quickly the price becomes exorbitant). I take this orally because I don't want to risk staining my dental work. I also have to stick with just blue instead of some other blue formulas that have other ingredients that would be destroyed by the digestion process. For this reason, I wish there was a suppository version. But with all that being said I feel this is life changing and I'm so happy I found it!
