I am new and found it eastly to use.
I researched many options and think l made a sensible choice.
It does give me a bit more energy. I also feel more clear in my thinking. The price is a bit much for me as I use it twice a day and that only last a couple of weeks so it’s over a 100 a month. That’s not in my budget.

To be very honest I have not noticed a difference. I feel super good to start with. I have no known health issues,I am not overweight . I eat a pretty healthy diet, do not take any medication and exercise regularly. I am 82 and from what I have read this product has so many positives that I feel it is a good product to keep me feeling good.This may be a question you can not answer, but, I take 1/4 trouché daily. Do you think this is the right dosage for me?
