This cleared my brain fog and My memory is so much better! Plus, I wasn't expecting this as a benefit but after taking it two days I noticed my tongue was not moving on its own like it had been for years even though I had stopped taking the medicine that caused it many years ago.!

I’ve actually only been on it for about 6 days, but it is probably the biggest game changer to help the fatigue I’ve had since I got Lyme disease 11 years ago. Other things have certainly helped but this has been remarkable in the speed of effectiveness in this area. I’m using it in combination with a medical grade red light bed at my doctor’s office which I think has made a big difference too. I’ve only been taking one fourth of a troche per day, but today I’m moving the dosage up to one half. I’m very thankful for the improvement in energy because the fatigue with the Lyme Disease is so frustrating.

Haven't been using as much lately, since we are having heat advisories....but when safe to work outside, I can get so much overgrown garden work done in a shorter period of time.....will resume on more moderate days .....hot, humid, northern middle Tennessee....

It’s also nice that the four units are segmented to control the dose… though getting the “quatrain” out of the sealed pack is a pain. One also must deal with the dust-size fragment that will **** any item gravity attracts!
I prefer dropping a whole unit of four into a 6-8 ounce **** top bottle of water and adding 1/4 tsp of vitamin C, just to delight in the solution turning nearly clear, and then drink my quota (or share with a companion). ~ GregMn

Amazing how my recovery increased noticeably in between sets of exercise. My exercise? Push mowing for an hour plus at a time in Heat and humidity that used to kill me. I am 71 years alive and LOVE this stuff
