What is an Oblipair™ and why is it so important? 

Imagine a team-up of two superstar molecules: one that steps in like a perfect substitute, activating a receptor just like your body's natural molecule would (its fancy name: an orthosteric ligand), and another that plays the role of the cool sidekick, boosting the receptor’s connection with your natural molecule by binding to a separate site on the receptor (its fancy name: a positive allosteric modulator, or PAM). 

At Troscriptions®, we call this patent-pending combination an Obligate Pairing (Oblipair™) Strategy. 

Most supplements and formulas only use the sidekick — the PAM — which can deplete the body’s natural supply of GABA over time. This depletion increases the risk of tolerance, withdrawal, and dependence. The Oblipair™ solves this by pairing an orthosteric ligand (like agarin in Tro Zzz™), with a carefully selected PAM that enhances GABA activity without causing long-term imbalances.
